Christine Knight is dedicated to helping mid-life women stuck in reactive behavior overcome repeated toxic patterns with Internal Family Systems Parts Work (IFS), Clinical Hypnotherapy & Quantum Healing Hypnosis.

There's an underlying emotional reaction to the loss of connection with our Core Essence (our Self-energy). This disconnection of inner aspects of us causes repeated survival strategies to automatically be played out. This is why "willpower" does not work in areas of life where there are core wounds and disconnection.

 

Christine bridges the buried programmed patterns in the Subconscious Mind that is driving those automatic reactions with your new North Star direction in the Conscious Mind. This creates rapid results compared to spending years in talk therapy or reading books. More importantly, this creates lasting change without having to re-live trauma.
